AcroPlotTM can add bookmarks, a title page, and even create the email for you to send the pdf file to your customer. And with advanced options such as template files, Text Tags, and watermarks you can easily create the perfect PDF document of your drawings.
Select Specific Layouts and Drawings to Print
The AcroPlotTM Files Tab incorporates a standard Windows style TreeView control to allow you to select which drawing files will be printed. Within each drawing you can also select specific layouts to print or print all of the layouts in the drawing.
You can even print 5 standard and 4 isometric views of the modelspace layout if you like. And if you have Volo View or Volo View Express installed you will even be able to preview the layouts and modelspace in the drawings. From this tab you can also edit the text for each drawing and layout that will be used for the bookmark of the PDF document.
Easily Select the Output Options
The AcroPlotTM Options Tab allows you to easily set the various options that control the output to the PDF document. You can choose such things as the paper size, the orientation, the printer resolution, and the standard ACAD plot options.
You can even create document summary properties like the author, title, subject and keywords. Plus you can control the security settings of the PDF file by using password protection. You can restrict the users from printing, adding notes, copying from, and/or making changes to the PDF document. You can also add a text watermark to all of the pages.
Create an Email from the AcroPlot Interface
You can also create an email message from the AcroPlotTM Interface that will be sent to your default email program such as Microsoft Outlook. Just like the title page, you can create template files to generate the email message for you.
And if a CADzation project file is defined the email addresses will be automatically filled in for you.
AcroPlot for ACAD 2000 - 2008 is currently priced less than the price of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Distiller and AcroPlot takes all of the work out of creating a single PDF document of your AutoCAD drawings.
The evaluation version of the AcroPlot program is a fully functional program. The evaluation version will add a watermark file to all of the pages of your PDF document. To remove the watermark you must purchase a license for the software and then reprint the drawings
